Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are defined in written agreements.

2. No Guarantees

Marketing outcomes vary.
Meitii does not guarantee:

Leads

Sales

Revenue

Ad performance

Platform approvals

All work is based on testing, optimization, and market response.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information

Own or have rights to all content provided

Ensure legal compliance for your business

Obtain lawful consent for SMS, email, and phone marketing

Review and approve work promptly

You are solely responsible for compliance with:

TCPA

CAN-SPAM

State and federal telemarketing laws

Platform advertising policies

4. Payments & Fees

All fees are outlined in proposals or agreements.

Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

Late payments may pause services

No results-based refunds

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

Meitii retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, strategies, and processes

Clients retain ownership of their pre-existing content

Final creative may be licensed to the client upon full payment

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Meitii is not liable for indirect or consequential damages

We are not responsible for ad account bans, platform changes, or third-party outages

Total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 30 days

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the applicable agreement. Upon termination:

Services may cease immediately

Access to systems or assets may be revoked

Outstanding balances remain due

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
